Cut loan-file prep from hours to minutes.

Borrower docs scatter across email threads. Manual parsing into the LOS eats hours. Missing-item chasing kills deals. We automate the whole intake cycle so your loan officers close files instead of hunting documents.

Your brokers are doing data entry.
Not brokering.

Borrowers email documents in whatever order they feel like. A processor hunts the thread, downloads the attachments, opens each one, and keys the fields into the LOS by hand. Then they discover page 3 of the bank statement is missing and start the chase all over again. That's 4-8 hours of LO time per file, on every single loan.

Manually keys fields into the LOS
Discovers bank statement page 3 is missing
Chases borrower over email and phone

Four things AI handles so your team doesn't have to.

Four automation layers. Each one pays for itself. All four together put a full processor's workload on autopilot.

01

Loan-document intake & parsing

AI pulls W-2s, paystubs, bank statements, and tax returns straight from borrower email threads, extracts the fields, and writes them into your LOS. No manual data entry.

02

Missing-item flagging

The system compares what arrived against the complete doc checklist for that loan type and fires a borrower nudge the moment something is missing, no processor required.

03

Discovery-call analysis

Every recorded discovery call is scored for borrower fit before a processor touches the file. DQ candidates get flagged early; strong files move straight to the front.

04

Borrower pre-qualification

Combine call transcripts with early doc signals to generate a pre-qual summary your LOs can review in under two minutes, not two hours.

Mortgage intake is one slice of our wider AI document processing and AI workflow automation work.

3 brokers now do the work of 8.

A Canadian mortgage brokerage was losing deals because file prep took 4-8 hours per loan. We built an AI document-intake system that pulls W-2s, paystubs, bank statements, and tax returns directly from borrower email threads, parses them into their LOS, and flags missing items automatically. We added a call-analysis layer that scores discovery calls for pre-qualification fit before a processor ever opens the file.

They told us not to do AI for one of our workflows. That's how we knew we could trust them on the others.

Enterprise data controls. Not an afterthought.

Mortgage data is some of the most sensitive personal and financial information that exists. We treat it accordingly, before a single byte of production data touches any system we build.

  • Enterprise API tiers with data retention disabled by default
  • Deploy entirely inside your own cloud or VPC on request
  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed before any production data touches our systems
  • PII anonymization pass before any LLM model sees borrower documents
  • No borrower data used to train models, ever
  • Detailed audit log of every document extraction and every LOS write

Predictable price. No surprise invoices.

Fixed budget cap, quoted before you commit. Typical mortgage intake builds run 6-8 weeks.

Workflow Automation Build Starts at $10,000 6-8 weeks typical for mortgage intake

Most mortgage intake builds run $10,000-$30,000 depending on the number of document types, LOS complexity, and whether we add call analysis. We start with a 2-week prototype on a real sample of your files to validate extraction accuracy. You own the prototype whether you proceed or not. The production build runs against a hard budget cap we agree in writing before work starts.

Questions before you commit.

Can this integrate with our LOS (e.g. BluMortgage, Velocity, or Encompass)?
Yes. We've shipped against BluMortgage and Velocity directly. For other LOS platforms we start with the vendor's API or an MISMO-formatted data layer. If your LOS has no API, we build a supervised import layer that a processor approves before anything writes to the record.
What happens if a document is a bad scan or photo?
The pipeline runs AWS Textract first, then an LLM cleanup pass over low-confidence regions. If confidence stays below our threshold after both passes, the document is flagged for human review, not silently dropped or partially parsed. You always know what the system couldn't handle.
How do you protect borrower data?
We use enterprise API tiers with data retention turned off, run a PII anonymization pass before any LLM sees a document, and deploy inside your cloud if your compliance team requires it. We sign a DPA before any production data moves.
We already have a processor team. Does this replace them?
No. The system handles the retrieval and data entry so your processors can focus on exceptions, borrower relationships, and the deals that actually need judgment. Most of our clients see the same processor team handle 2-3x the volume rather than headcount reduction.
How long is the build?
Typically 6-8 weeks: a 2-week prototype on a sample of real files to validate extraction accuracy, then a 4-6 week production build. We quote a fixed budget cap before you commit to anything.
