Buy back 10+ hours a week.
Per team. Per role.

We plug AI into the workflows your team already runs: customer support, lead enrichment, document processing, internal Q&A, and scheduling, all using the tools you already pay for. No new platform to learn. No black box only we can maintain.

Most of your team's time is spent moving information between systems.

You've probably tried Zapier. You've probably tried hiring a VA. You may have tried a rules-based macro that worked for two weeks and then broke. AI agents are different. They don't need a rule for every edge case. They read, decide, and act.

Boring on the outside. AI on the inside.

The interface should look like the tools your team already uses. The intelligence underneath is where we earn our fee.

01

Live where your team lives.

Slack, email, your CRM, not a new dashboard. No retraining. No new logins.

02

Fail loudly, not silently.

When the AI isn't sure, a human gets pinged. No quiet mistakes in production.

03

Hand control back when needed.

Every action is reviewable, overridable, and auditable.

04

Get measurably better.

We instrument every workflow with quality metrics and review them monthly.

We work inside the tools you already pay for.

Your stack. Not a replacement.

3 brokers now do the work of 8.

A regional mortgage brokerage was losing deals because file prep took four hours per loan. We built an AI document-intake system that pulls W-2s, paystubs, bank statements, and tax returns straight from borrower email threads, parses them into the LOS, and flags missing items. Plus a call-analysis layer that scores discovery calls for pre-qualification fit before a processor touches the file.

They told us not to do AI for one of our workflows. That's how we knew we could trust them on the others.

Fixed price or hard cap. Never a surprise invoice.

Capped budgets. 4 to 10 weeks. Predictable.

Workflow Automation Build Starts at $10,000 4-10 weeks typical

Most single-workflow builds run $10,000-$30,000. We quote a budget cap before we start, bill weekly against actual work, and never exceed the cap without your written sign-off. Workflows we've shipped multiple times can be quoted fixed-price. New patterns run capped.

Questions before the contract.

Can't we just use Zapier?
For some workflows, yes, and we'll tell you when that's the right answer. Where Zapier hits a wall is when the workflow needs to read unstructured input, make a judgment call, or handle edge cases without a rule for each.
What happens when the AI makes a mistake?
Every workflow we build has an exception path. When the AI isn't confident, it pings a human and waits.
Will our team need to learn a new tool?
No. The vast majority of automations we build live inside Slack, email, your CRM, or your existing dashboards.
What about data privacy?
Enterprise API tiers with data-retention disabled, deploy in your cloud when needed, and sign whatever DPA your legal team requires.
Ready to automate?

Stop moving data by hand.
